Fyneex is published by CLT CONCEPT SRL. As the data controller, we are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data Collected

We collect the following data as part of the service usage:

• Email address (registration and authentication)
• Username (profile customization)
• Submitted source code (temporary analysis, not stored after audit)
• Audit results and scores (your analysis history)
• Browsing data (essential cookies only)

Processing Purposes

Your data is used to: provide the code audit service, generate your analysis reports, improve the quality of the service, and send you account-related notifications (Sentinel alerts, quotas).

Legal Basis

The processing of your data is based on contract performance (service usage) and your consent (account creation). You can withdraw your consent at any time by deleting your account.

Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. Submitted source code is analyzed in memory and deleted immediately after the audit. Upon account deletion, all your data is erased within 30 days.
