Service Description

Fyneex is an automated audit platform for Next.js projects. The service analyzes source code submitted by the user and generates detailed reports covering security, performance, code quality, optimization and infrastructure.

Registration and Accounts

Registration requires a valid email address. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials. Each account is personal and cannot be shared. We reserve the right to suspend or delete an account in case of misuse.

Service Usage

The service is provided within the quotas associated with your subscription plan. Any use for illegal, fraudulent purposes or contrary to good practices is prohibited. The use of automated scripts to bypass service limits is prohibited.

Intellectual Property

You retain full rights to the source code you submit for analysis. Fyneex does not acquire any rights to your code. Reports generated by Fyneex are your property. The Fyneex brand, logo and interface are the property of CLT CONCEPT SRL.

Limitation of Liability

Fyneex provides recommendations for informational purposes. Audit results do not constitute a certified professional security audit. Fyneex cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damages resulting from the application or non-application of the recommendations provided.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Users will be notified by email of substantial changes. Continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Brussels, Belgium.
